Description


DEM map and TG2. Tried to emulate the desert and hills by also using a DEM terrain file from New Mexico, U.S.A. Thanks to the artists who have added me to their fav. artists list and also my works, and thanks for looking!!!! :-)

Are you sure it's a DEM ? Looks more like a ridged procedural terrain... nice sense of detail and displacements !

Hi Mario, I agree with Olivier (Hillrunner) on this one. Didn't expect it to be a DEM-file :) So that's a good point :) I really like the rock-structures. They give a nice breakup and look pretty convincing! Maybe the sand/grasses could use some more texture/detail. Fine image again, keep it up! Martin
