Yes, a beautiful picture with a nice pose. But the combination with the title and the comment makes me wonder, in my own "always look on the dark side of life" way. She seems to be addressing people down somewhere, and the background also suggests that she is up on some sort of battlements. Some gloomy place, judging from the skull texture on the lower stones. Yes, it is great if someone is reaching out to you when you're down (2*), but what way-out could exist up there? I can only think of jumping down, hand in hand... Well, Lou, if you would have wanted to express strong friendship and denied weakness (wits' end), then this may be a masterpiece. "... but it was just my imagination, running away with me..."
