I am so pleased to be a member here at Renderosity. For me Renderosity is much more than a place to display my works. I have made many friend's here. I take so many photographs but I do not like to have my own photograph taken.. I actually like this shot. I say a huge thank you, to My Goha for postworking this shot for me. The original shot was taken up at my friend's house. He put this wonderful swing in the largest tree on his land! Iccle pushes me up so high!! The swing is over precipice, so not for the faint hearted... but such fun.. I love to be at their house and feel like a child again on this swing. I will tell you why I choose my RR name, "Rainbows". When my niece Victoria was a very little girl, she used to say to me.. Auntie DiDi "I love you, all the world and rainbows". I love her just as much as she loves me. She is older now and our love for each other is so strong. A beautiful day is wished for you all. Hugs. Diane.

You keep posting these wonderful warm pictures all through the winter months, I won't have to sit in front of the fire, I can keep warm here in front of the computer. Excellent capture Diane, it gives you a warm glow inside. The tractor eggs in the distance are as sharp as the ones in the foreground. Bravo!!!!!

Tremendous sense of depth, resolution & contrast. Every time I see pictures of these rolled bales of hay done by a farm implement, I have a found memory of my late mother. In the early 80's we were driving back from a visit with relatives when she commanded me to "Look!". It was a field of rolled bales of hay. Her eyes were lit up, a beautiful smile on her face not unlike the excited awe you see on the face of a child encountering something new. I laconically responded "It's a field of hay". She informed me as a child living on a West Texas farm she had baled hay by hand. I was humbled and quiet. I have no doubt for an instant she had returned to those moments, fondly remembering her youth.
