Description

Hello ! This little door is sitting in a Stone Fence or rather a Drystone Wall? near the local Museum and I always wondered what was behind it. I think it is such a beautiful and exiting door :))) Thanks for stopping by and for your comments to yesterdays post. They at always very welcome. Have a splendid day. Here the weather is grey. That is what I can say about that :)

Greetings Helle, The image reminds me very much of a book in which children discover a lock gate and find behind it an unkept garden, which they decide to clean up and restore. The book is called 'A Secrete Garden'. Thank you for sharing. egmont

It kind of reminds me of a door to a dwarven home. Excellent find. If you ever con someone into letting you peek behind it please let us know. Sorry if I have been absent the last little while my friend. After 37 years I finally contracted chickenpox and had to be taken to the hospital last night for a constricted airway. I don't know how much I will be able to get online for the next couple of weeks so if I miss something I do apologize.

Your restraint is commendable. I would have to sneak over under cover of darkness with my high boots, ski pants, quilted jacket and long leather gardening gloves on and pry that sucker open! :-) I love this shot for all the mood it has in it.

Thanks EnaR, I dont believe so, because it is too far from a house.
