Description

I'm finally back home, but yesterday I was in San Francisco. Spent most of the day in Chinatown, Union Square and just walking around. (Hmmm, I seem to do that just about everywhere I go!!) As we were leaving, we drove right by SF City Hall (and saw the mayor walking across the street heading to his car, all alone, just like any other working stiff!!). I just stuck my camera out the window and got this foto. It's a pretty impressive building, especially the dome.

California does have a flare for the dramatic, huh? I think it's the whole Hollywood thing that has crept into the soil. Very nice shot here. I have not seen this building in over 10 years... I stopped going to The City after the earthquake that took down the freeway. I was rocked here in Sacramento from that one (100 miles away).

This is quite an impressive image and I love the somewhat slanted angle of it; you get the impression of actually looking up. This is a gorgeous piece of work! Fabulous.
