Description

The quest for a V4 incarnation of T'Pol from the series Star Trek: Enterprise, continues... I wanted to show how she looks raw, so there's no postwork here, I made the composite by rendering the right side image, making it the poser background, changing camera and then rendering the facial closeup. The skin texture is the same as last time (the one made by Porthos), I just used some different shaders and added a little AO to the lights (also by Porthos). Since the mark 02 version I've put a body together for her mainly using Wyrmmaster's V3 Sexy Slayer magnets and a 0.200 setting on the v4 "definition" morph. I've also made the face a little thinner on the x-axis (as pre Cujoe Da Man's comments) and made the jaw a little wider to lessen the heart shape to her face. There's still a catsuit texture to work on (though I think I got the basic fabric down) and there's that little bit on the back of the neck that's still giving me problems (likely from the neck magnet). Any critiques/comments/suggestions are welcome. I should note though that I had reservations about making her this thin on the z-axis, but looking at some reference pics I'm not too far off, Jolene is/was a thin woman. Maybe it's a vulcan thing...

She's looking closer and closer... While her lips should be full and pouty, her bottom lip is looking a little too square, and not quite enough thickness on the upper lip. Finally, the bridge of her nose is flaring outwards a tad much. When I look at Jolene's face, the sides of the bridge of her nose are quite well defined, and not so much an even slope. It helps make her nostrils more defined. If you need I can mark up this image for you where I see these problems. In any case, she's looking very, very good. I like that cloth material!

Great progress, I think Giolon's comments are applicable. Tough thing, nailing down the looks of a real person with a 3D mesh, but you are well on the way I would say!

She's looking pretty good, but the lower lip looks a little too big, or too wide.

Well her mouth is perfect! but other than that she is very close to being complete, seems her eyes are a bit dark to me.

I can't even begin to try and replicate a character like you've endeavored on here, so all I can say is that she's definitely very close. I recently watched the series in marathon mode and realized that I've got absolutely nothing against a hot Vulcan girl and based purely on that, you've done a bang up job ;) Can't wait to see how she turns out!

Excellent progress I can't really say anything about her facial features that hasn't already been said but it's still good and the body morph fits the actual pretty well.

You've almost nailed her, you got much closer than I did. Her body shape is spot on, I would thicken the top lip and narrow the bottom lip a very slight tad. All in all a terrific job - well done!

Wowzer! Awesome work on her! I agree with those who think the bottom lip is a tad too square, it should be rounded a bit, and maybe a teensy more fullness on the top lip. Dang, though, she's darn close to being perfect!! I don't see anything else I'd want to change!

You've got the 'look' T'Pol had that's for sure. But her bearing seems less self assured than it should be. Another point, being Vulcan T'Pol would not blush as we might. Most Poser skin textures want to do that in some way of coarse. Something to look into. Otherwise she's a wonderful characterization.
