Description
Please view full size. This is probably the first Cradle made of carved stone that I've seen in a Cemetery. I used some editing tricks I've learned to desaturate the color. You should be able to see the U.S. Flag in front of the White Marker below the large Weeping Statue. It is still in Red, White and Blue. Look closely and you'll still see some muted reds and greens in the photo too. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

The colorless sky matches the lifeless stones beautifully while the touches of color add life to the image. And that cradle is magnificent! Very well composed and processed, Steve. Bravo!

Me too, I like your style with this desaturation of color and you make a good choice with this style of place ! Don't change it please... My suggestion is, do you think to reduce the level of light on it? I think you can win a lot mood and atmosphere in this cementary. But, don't sad with me, it's just my opinion ;) Excellent picture and good day :)
