Description

Begin what?!? LOL I wasn't quite sure what this sign wanted me to do, so I pulled over and decided to "begin" taking a photograph. Other than an interesting mix of fall colors, I guess this pic doesn't really have too many redeeming qualities -- but a road sign that wasn't very self-explanatory was just too intriguing to ignore. :o) I present this to you in hopes that someone can figure out what I was actually supposed to start doing...

That's great, what a funny sign. Makes no sense to anyone but the guy who put it there (and maybe not even to him depending on who he is!!)

You got to begin some where. :) Up at Clear Lake, Ca there is the town of Nice. But if you drive tru town you got lots of sign that are cool in the way they use Nice in the saying on the signs. Like maybe "Nice place to eat ahead" and lots of others. Then I think it said leaving town to "Have a Nice day".

This is a great shot. A road going to who knows where, the colors, the feel, the sign. It all seems very romantic to me. Very nice shot my friend

The next sign down says, "the Beguine!" Now I have that song in my head. I'm sure that wasn't your intention, but nonetheless, there it is! :) Awesome capture.

I love the direction it gives... I need only a slight nudge to begin so many things and this little reminder is perfect for me! Wish they were around here! Like permission to be decadent. LOL

obviously the trees are awesome. maybe the parade of leafs starts there?there has been some street signs here in Dallas that has been wrong for years.most cities have south/north,east, and west versions of the same street, but Dallas the numbers starts where the street starts and ends at the end.if the same street goes through another city within Dallas, then they change the numbers until their city limits ends then it starts over with Dallas numbers.you can go from 7000 block to the 2000 block by changing cities
