Hi all...I made this image for a new friend I have here at Renderosity...His name here is Chipka, I call him Chip. He's a wonderful photogapher and writer but most of all he has a heart made of gold...even though I've never met him face to face we connect as so many of us do here at Renderosity...I am very proud to call you my friend Chip and I want you to know how much your friendship and comments mean to me...I hope you'll like this...Somewhere over the rainbow is a place where friends connect! WOW!!!! I am touched! This is a gorgeous image, and naturally I love the dedication as well...it's incredibly touching! The thing is, though, that your gallery is wonderful. You have such a distinct style, and it's refreshing too...your take on things is great! This is a fantastic image in so many ways, especially with the elements of your style that are evident. Your style is what appeals to me the most, you capture brilliance and a great sense of mood and color and this image is no exception. I particularly like the trees and other bits of foliage, and the church itself with it's rough-hewn chimney. THAT is just a brilliant touch. It looks so utterly hand made. A wonderful image. Looking at it, it feels like one has just stumbled onto this little church out of time, in a meadow, after a long journey. I really like this one.

I have to agree with Mom. This is one of your best. Could virtually pass as a photo! If I may make a tiny suggestion.. On future outdoor bright renders go to the atmosphere settings and drop the shadow intensity down below 40%. Shadows are never this intense due to ambient washout. Anyway, love the symbolism with the rainbow over the church. Excellent image and Dedi to Chipka! Big hugs and a loud bravo from Dave :^)
