Description
Here a shot I took on the 10/12 of this year. I got a ton of these type of shots. I hear that cajun and Zydeco music is world wide now; both mucis was born around my area. That what people tell me. These people come to this coffee shop and play every Saturday and it all free. There is a place that plays Zydeco just down the street but You have to pay to get in. I never went in to pay lol. cheap scape that me. {No money really}

Maria already mentioned Doug Kershaw, but I always enjoyed his music and he always was a showman besides being a talented musician.his son is an entertainer also.back in the 60's I had no idea what Cajun was. only after being in Texas and working in Thibodeaux did I realize the culture.an old joke I heard long ago was about two old Cajuns talking.one said that some French people was having a hard time in France. the other one said, he did not feel sorry for them because they should have never left Louisiana.very interesting capture
