it's way too dark, blacks out on my screen, can barely see face much less what is behind her, but looks like it could be interesting content!

Actually I did take more images with more light however this is the effect I was looking for. More light madea cute image of her if I were doing a portrait but I could do that against any black background. With more light the image was fairly harsh against the black sky and took away from the lights glowing behind her blurring slightly as the wind blew them about which is the content behind her. They are a few hundred feet away. perhaps I should have put all that info in the caption... but I didnt feel like it...heh
