Hello friends. :)
I told my grand daughter a story the other day:
Once upon a time a young man was sailing from Denmark to England He was working on a huge ship with beautiful sails. After long time, he came to England and walked around in London looking at all the exiting marked places.
Suddently he remembered, that his sister soon was going to get married and he desided to find a nice present for her. After some time he found the most lovely Chokolate Jug with nice silver ornaments. He desided to bring it home for his beloved sister.
She got so thrilled, when she saw it and treasured it like the most Sentimental Value, but she never dared using it. She placed it on the best cabinet she had and there is stood for many many years.
One day her daughter was going to get married and she gave the Jug to her. The daughter loved the Chololate Jug and treasured it like the most Sentimental Value. She placed it on her best cabinet and she never had heart to use it.
One day she gave it to her oldest daughter, who was going to get married. Oh how happy the daughter was, getting her moms lovely JUG. She treasured it for many many years and it stood on the cabinet, because she didnt have heart to use it.
Over the years, she got 7 children and she didnt know who to give the lovely Jug, so it stood there on the cabinet, when she died of old age. The youngest son got the lovely vase and gave it to his Daughter. Oh she was so thrilled and treasured it like th most Sentimental Value.
The daughter is ME. :)))
