Since I know you're trying to focus on the tattoo, it's a bit underemphasized compared to the rest of the background. Try to get a bit closer up to it or a more tattooed model. Unless you're trying to keep it as a subtle effect. Oh, and I really love the shadows from the bars cast over her, making her seem imprisoned.
