@ Dann-O: No. This plane was a true homegrown Finnish effort to produce a modern fighter. It wasn't quite up-to-snuff in the performance department. You were probably thinking of the Finnish attempt to build a wooden winged Buffalo. I believe that it was to be called a "Humu" and the only one built is on display at the Finnish Air Force Museum. Your usual excellent display of little known warbird, Geoff!
