Description
Growing up I had idolized Evel Knievel. I had the motorcycle stunt action toy and the lunch box as a kid. Evel Knievel died Friday Nov.30th,2007. He was Superman to me as a child and I am sad to know that my Superman died. If any one felt like this....please leave a comment in tribute for an American Icon.

I saw the movie (probably the first one) I had a toy bike with EK doll almost did what the commercial said it would. I did wheelies and jumped over a mud puddle using an old door as a ramp. scared me to death, i think i made it. ABC News web site had some decent stuff on him. Sad news indeed, he was one of my idols as well. They just had a special about him not to long ago. He is one Tough Dude. He wasn't afraid of anything. Prayers and thoughts to him and the family. Aloha
