Happy holidays!
Everything is "green" these days, like car manufacturers and oil companies - ironically - so a green snowflake is somehow apropos.
No actual snowflakes were harmed. This is made from about 6 layers. Each layer is made as a single mesh in topmod. In Bryce I just loaded them in, assigned materials, set up lights and rendered altitude, distance and regular renders, then composited in PhotoShop.
