Going back through my outback shots, this one caught my eye...It is simply what was at my feet, just a dandylion weed amongst the decay of fallen gum leaves and gumnuts growing in the thick red dirt that gives OZ it's wonderful terra colours..

I agree this is a brilliant shot. I am an Aussie too and this photo is just so Australian. I took one of a similar shot once, but not in the outback, and this reminded me of it, but yours is better. Jan
