Description
"Means of Escape"
One of the many escape ladders that are placed in the various storm water drains in the city of Canberra, Australia. Less than 24 hours before a very heavy storm had this drain breaking its banks as can be seen by the bits of grass & paper left on the ladder and on the outer edges of the drain.

Very interesting shot. Good indication some vegetation caught form the last flood on top of the ladder.
