This is a good portrait. However, she's wearing a piercing, we can barely see it (like her lips). Most important part of a face for a portrait are the eyes and the lips. I see in the EXIF that you took this shot at ISO 200. There is a lot of noises and sparkles, too much for ISO 200, did you add it or do you have problem with your camera ?
