Description

I was playing around in Photoshop 6.0 last night, and came up with this, I am really interested to know what you think ... funnily enough I didn't intend to do a cameo, but as often happens when I have one image in my mind when I get down to the practicalities I finish up with something different. Gentle sweet 'Mia' the little one who cared for one of my Bolognese litters when the mother was ill. She fed them alongside her own, which shows what a wonderful, gentle, motherly nature she has. Mia featured in ~Proud Mama Mia~ and I have one or two more of her with her own pups that I will upload next week, so hope you will find the time to pop by again to see them. I would like to thank everyone for the time, their comments and for favouriting myself and my images, I sincerely appreciate all you support. Have a wonderful peaceful Sunday - Love to all, hugs Jane xx

Very sweet Jane. You asked abour our opinion, and I have to give you mine. If I were you I would take a little bigger piece of the dog. maybe just faint, but a hint of the ears or little more fur. Here I find that the forehead seems a little too small, not high enough. I like the image very much though, I often use the same technique and isolate just the face. Though I sometimes tone it out to the edges. Just my opinion.

Yes, the eyes have it, and it shows the love and adoration in that face. Perhaps a touch more fading out away from the face, as "Garlor" said, but you have accentuated the expression on her face, as intended, and it works well.

Excellent lighting and textures in this composition, my dear. A most unique concept of a wall dish/plate, Miss Jane! And, a fitting tribute to the magnanimous Italian mommy doggie, indeed.

Mia has such a lovely little face. I love this, but would like to see "more" of her little face filling the oval and maybe a just a bit outside the oval. This is superb work and I really like what you achieved here. Bunny

I was going to say the cameo in white really does accentuate her amazing eyes and cute nose, though it seems the top of her head is a little lost in the whiteness. What a precious dog and such a good mama. CC

SO SWEET! Very beautiful. I love the fact that this turned out to be a Cameo, it really sets off the sweet expression in her face, which is reflective of the sweet nature on the inside! Very beautiful, thank you for sharing :D

Jane, I have to agree with Garlor, who said there's "not enough of her head is showing to give a feeling of depth". I'd like to see more of Mia in this, and less of the white outer part. Otherwise, it's a sweet pic! !
