Description

The Armour Rig takes the hassle out of donning Armour, but unfortunately it gives you more time to think about what may be ahead......

Nice one! Good illustration. Love the contrast between the flesh & the metal...though he looks like he's worried about getting his eye poked out by the rig! (i would, too.)

This is incredible! I love the expression, very realistic. Great job on the lighting, and I'm not sure if the "armour" is post or not but you did a really good job with it.

Thanks folks, the armour was rendered in Poser with a "worn" texture applied, this was then enhanced in post. I wish I had a Wacom tablet, (lol) i'm afraid this was all done using the humble old mouse.

Indeed, as Whatthe point's out, the first thing I thought was that somebody had been reading a bit too much Starship Troopers. (Is there such a thing? ^^) Great job.

The attention to detail that you render into each of your images is amazing. The texturing is fantastic, but its his expression that catches the eye and holds the viewer captivated.
