Love the pic!!,,,but is the man her lover or her stalker? and what is the nature of the maze of indicision she appears to be lost in. And most important of all, how the hell did you do the rain???

You ask quesions that it would be dangerous for me to answer. 8O) I can answer the one about the rain, however. Using Painter to draw random, short, slanty white lines on a black background and Photoshop to select and turn the white lines into an alpha channel, I then converted the pattern to a material in Bryce. I then used this material, with frequency adjustments, on a volumetric, flattened cube positioned in front of the camera. Thanks, Gerry!

After reading your mini tutorial above about the rain, I have to say that it was nicely executed and a very interesting idea that you've transferred to this medium! About the only thing I can think of for additional improvement is to make the hair appear more damp, flattened and stringy from the falling rain...but then, maybe the rain just started, huh? :o) Great job!
