They were getting low on ammo and had to use bathroom plungers and blenders. Pretty scary if you ask me!

The lightwave version is here at Renderosity, I used the Poser version available at http://www.freewebs.com/billy-home/index.htm and, best of all, it's a freebie!

I hope you will tolerate the fact that I am going to be a bit more critical than the others who have claimed this to be a 'great work'. If this was an example of a model you had created (or perhaps presented as a work in progress) I could understand the bleakness of the rendering and the lack luster texturing on the model. However, seeing as you are using a model created by someone else you really should have put some more effort into the art of the piece. The colour and texture of the dalek are mediocre and there is no way to distinguish between the different surfaces; they seem to be uniform, yet the source material shows us that the dalek costume has a great variety of surface textures and finishes. The Gun and 'arm' surfaces look like plastic drain piping and the lights on top of the dome 'head' do not feature any nature of transparency in your presentation. I am giving a score of '2', as I feel there is great room for improvement.

I like what you did with this. The lighting you used has captured a bleak atmosphere. Excellent work!

I've never really understood why an upside down trash can with a plunger for an arm could cause such unbridled terror in the heart of the British sci-fi fan. It is an excellent render, though. Nice work.
