Very nice image of this caterpillar which I suspect will become a moth and not a butterfly. Although I cannot identify it with certainty, it really looks a lot like some species of Forester Moth (Agaristinae). Try going to BugGuide.net for a more precise identification. Thanks for sharing. Lee
