this is on the border of Nevada and Arizona and almost reaches to Utah.the river feeding it is the same Colorado river that made Grand Canyon
they are constructing a bridge to cross the gorge and it will be much quicker than driving across the dam.since 911 they have not allowed trucks or buses to cross the dam

I can't believe how dry and barren the land looks, such a contrast to that giant water catchment area ! So have got a new buddy who owns a plane now ? or are you flying by the seat of your pants ? Neat aerial capture & ~Cheers~ :o)
