oddly enough are the dust spots also gone here? probably the way the light falls into the lens. Lets look what tall pindo makes of that :P

Clouds are moisture droplets that form on dust. Without dust there would be no clouds. A nucleus is required for supercritical droplets to coalesce on. I suspect the dust you are experiencing is blowing in from Serbia. It is not Celtic dust though long ago it might have been.
