I am little behind on comments but hopefully will catch up soon.
Done in Bryce and tweaked in Photoshop.

Interesting and somewhat lyrical render. Like the variety of shape and color of the rocks and how they're reflected in the water. I wonder how I'll react if I ever see a bunch of rocks suspended in the air above a body of water. One thing's for sure: I'll probably be spending a couple minutes staring at the spectacle with mouth wide open. :P
