well I decided to go 'back' in your gallery again (I feel like I'm rummaging around illegally & some guard is gonna grab me & throw me out...ya know, you should put out snacks or something, ya never know who's gonna drop by!)...Ok, this was almost a year ago and it looks like you got the colors last year that you wanted this year. (And boy does your fall last long!) The shot has wonderful layering: of ground, then green plants, then the reds & bleached ambers & then the blazing yellows. And of course the big red-leaved tree in the near ground, which dominates. A fiery capture of a beloved landscape. I can really see the roots of your scintillating work following this. Also, Dec. 16th is Beethoven's birthday, and the shot does have a feeling of drama and power typical of the composer...Sensitive & effulgent. You serve your area so well, Lynell...
