Not bad, not bad at all. I would suggest that it would help to get some close ups of the characters here instead of using so many long and medium shots. Perhaps a shot from over the shoulder of one of the characters looking at the other. Also, it might be wise to match up the size of the image and the amount of text you want to squeeze in there. The 2nd and 3rd last frames, being very similar, could very well have been switched in regard to how much text you put in them.
