I echo, Diane's comment. Your card did make me smile, Rozanne. The warmth fairly blows out of it ( a bit like my PC's fan ). Outside we have freezing fog. Street lights are visible up to 500m, but the poles are not. The next pole is just about visible. The local post office was just about empty so I went in for my stamps for next year. As for cards I am about done, both birthday and Christmas. Presents wrapped and sorted. Bills paid. Cards posted 35, cards local 23, cards church 80+, cards family 17 or so. My printer is complaining seriously, but has been quite economical... I hope that you and Steven are well, stocked up and enjoy the festivities. I had a wee bit of quiet time yesterday, quite unexpectedly. It was a wee oasis in a hectic period. Just as well, my ankles are balooning up, and I am dreading going out to the rest of my family for Christmas in this sort of weather. Warm regards, John.

I responded to this as "mayuan" (whatever happened to that little snake) and now I'm responding to it as anahata.c (a much nicer guy): All the elements of your drawing: Eternally young figures flying through the cosmos, wide-eyed and wonder-filled; your Maureen looking on with joy & bemusement, your child-angel with one of your beloved guitars; the smiling gods & goddesses all around (your 'parley' dog, your wonderful moon, that Sempe-like little guy all outlined in luminous blue-wash) and your universe filled with playful orbs & stars.
