Description

Dancing shoes On the wall above your bedside Saw it all as we performed our pirouette. My second song interpretation in a row, but this one is sad. Singer/songwriter Dan Fogelberg passed away on Sunday, from prostrate cancer. In 1973, a friend sent me a tape of his first album. I was in the Navy, off of Vietnam for the most part. That tape got worn out. There's a lot of nostalgia in his songs and "Dancing Shoes" was always a favorite, because I had a girlfriend that was dancer at the time. So this is a fond remembrance of Dan's music. Made everything in the scene. Wall texture from Bryceart.

A sad tale, Dan's passing and a warning one for all men...prostrate cancer can be easily treated in it's early stages and it's wise to have an annual check up. On to the image. This could very well have been a photo of our room when I was still sorta married to my ballet dancer ex pelvic affiliate...the slippers are gone but the guitar remains....sigh...great render my friend.. ...

Oh Dave, this is such a nice tribute to a wonderful musician. I was very sad to learn of his death. He was the first and only person I ever saw live in concert. You work on this image is lovely!
