Description

V4 base model with my own Amy character, Millennium Dragon and various props (thanks to all creators) I'd like to improve the lighting but not sure how, there are 2 spotlights - lower left and upper right pointing at the main figure plus a distant light behind main figure to silhouette the dragon. Ideas welcome

I like the lighting and placement you selected. It's a nice effect shadowing the dragon while giving way to color and detail in the background. The spot light on the gal shadows her legs which somehow coordinates w/all the various shadows & tints in the background. Nothing glares out to me and it's very enjoyable. As for your theme, I'm glad I'm not a dragon. She looks determined!

well, first off, spots are best for lighting only certain things, like if you want to higlight her face above what the rest of the lights are doing. I'd stick with normal lighting and add a spot that points at her head and maybe upper body. For the normal lighting, the more lights you add, the more you have to turn them down, I think it's like 10-15% less light for every one you add, depends on the color too. Keep playing, you'll get it :D Nice work anyway :D
