it's done! I'm sorry, I know some people are probably tired of this drawing, but it's been a personal challenge for me. When I planned to draw this again, I had wanted to go dark, and no white areas for highlights. All the versions before were too light, I wasn't going as dark as I had planned so I ended up not feeling very satisfied with those versions or with myself. So the other day I had more fun with the charcoals and finally did it. The actual drawing has areas that are darker.. like the hands, hair behind the ear. There aren't any white areas on his face, only light tones for highlights. Used photoshop for levels, paintshop pro to resize.
