I like how you've combined the elements of flying here, the man, bird and aircraft. A cool piece of surrealism!

Guys, I hope you understand what's it about. There is a man in the business suit flying near the tall building, there are firetrucks below, dead people on the ground and airplane coming. Yes, it's homage to victims of 9/11. This topic is usually avoided, somebody got to remember.
