Description

"A moment of calm above the English Channel, under a glorious azure night sky, as a contemplative Spitfire pilot awaits the swarm of Messerschmitt Bf 109Es that are only minutes away, ahead of the German bombers that have been laying waste to London." I am a great admirer of the Spitfire - one of the greatest aircrafts of all time. I am grateful to Anders Lejczak (www.colacola.se) for his superb model. I felt it was time to post one of the many renders I've produced with this great model.

I thought the DC-3 was the greatest aircraft of all time ;) It's nice to see a render of something other than a breasty woman. (although I still like em no matter how many I see :) ) Well done. Very well done. 5+

I cannot get enough of the classic beauty (if I may use such a term) of this mighty historic icon. You have done a very good job in giving the impression of movement and the background scene is delightfully romantic. Great work.
