Hi Everyone,
It seems like it's been forever since I posted any work here. Most of my recent work has been done in DAZ, but for this winter scene, although the figures were created in DAZ|Studio, the final render was in Bryce, so that's the gallery I'm posting it in.
Hmmm, so how did this picture come about...? I was listening to Jethro Tull's Christmas Album from 2004 and I rather liked the cover art and that gave me the inspiration for this piece
Of course, once I started working on it, it took on a life of it's own!
The houses are freebies, either from here or 3D Commune, as are the Victorian mailbox and the sled. The sleigh is the DAZ Vintage Sleigh. The trees in the background are from ETDA's Winter Wonderland at 3D Commune.
I enjoyed working on this, it really got me in the Christmas spirit (well, Jethro Tull's Christmas Album may be helping in that regard)
I have another pic in the works that I will post tomorrow.
