Description
Been a little sick, hubby gave me his cold, and I've been coughing my brains out, which may explain everything, LOL! Haven't been spending much time on line, just been laying around, coughing so much my head aches.
Took this sort of on the fly the other day, Murphy was watching the birds in the pyracantha (this may not be spelled right) bush just outside the kitchen window.
Thanks to all of you who have favorited any of my stuff these last few posts, I'm just so far behind I can't believe it. I hope I haven't missed thanking any of you, forgive me if I have.
And thank you so much for leaving all those comments, I just love reading them! Hope everyone is good health and has all their shopping done. I still have to get out there and shop, sigh. Maybe gift cards this year!

Oh my...this is so lovely. Your dog has a philosophical look and the birds are not afraid at all,a wonderful capture. I really hope you are OK when Christmas come. Skip the shopping! Nothing is a MUST. I don't do anything special those days, but my kids are grown up, and I prefer my solitude before their Christmas hysteria. But thae main thing is that you feel well, whatever you do!!!

Rita, here is hope you and hubby will be getting better real soon. Until then, did you know a cold entitles you to all the hot chocolate and hot cranberry juice you can drink? I really like photos that show us "two worlds" at once. This fine and fun photo of Murphy checking out the birdies is a superb example of this, is perfectly framed, tells a story and has loads of human ( err kitty and doggy too) interest and is a treat to view. Looks like a full winter is in progress outside, so stay in and keep warm if you can. Murphy looks a lot like our Daisy from this angle, furry as heck, big floppy ears, and just a bundle of energy, fun, and love. Merry Christmas !!! Excellent 5+++
