"James Dean" was produced from a custom heightfield map designed in Paint Shop Pro, translated to a .ter file using the Heightfield Toolkit, and final rendered in Terragen 8.4 THESE IMAGES ARE NOT OVERLAYS PROJECTED ONTO FLAT TERRAIN. THEY ARE 3-DIMENSIONAL, PURE TERRAGEN TERRAINS. NO FILTERS- NO TRICKS- NO TWEAKS. Your views and "constructive" comments are always welcome.

Briliant work building the gray scales to work from. That takes some vision...would you care to share the .ter files for these two portraits in Free Stuff..I'd consider them fine tutorials on yet another use for this awesome app.. ...
