Description
I have no idea what this bug is but once I took a couple photos of it was sufficiently impressed to try get a macro at a different angle and this was the result.

Update: Thanks Richard, I did a lil research and found out that it is indeed a Stink Bug, I didn't recognise it as such because of it's markings. Apparently it's at Nymph Stage, just before becoming an Adult which is green all over.

I think it is a type of assassin beetle/an or stink bug but do not know the type.Leeco would know.easy to see it is an awesome macro and they are beneficial to the garden

Superb! It is some sort of Shield bug, I don't think we have this particular type of them in the UK.
