another outstanding render by you. Good pose, nice sharp lighting. One asks the question: What's casting the shadow that crosses his face? Looks like legd-- but whose?

Thank you all! That shadow crossing the man's face is indeed a leg. There are a couple of figures behind the camera for an attempt to create a sense of threat to the pic but the shadows came out almost unnoticeable. It still worked a bit better than without (just my opinion) so I left them there.

ohhh very nice. I love the pose and lighting. But why not story with the picture. Now I'm left wondering what is the deal of these two? They just both fight against each other or did she just kick his butt? I was also curious where you got the backdrop/scene? Very nice render!

Thanks! Well, the idea in the pic is that there's been a firefight and he has injured. She's preparing to continue the fight and defend her companion. There's a couple of bad guys behind the camera and I tried to use their shadows on the floor to bring out the idea behind the pic. That didn't work well, though, as the shadows are way too subtle and can easily get unnoticed. I usually try to show in the pic what's happening and then let the viewer to create his/her own story (there's still somekind of story behind nearly all of my pics). In this case the first goal failed because of that shadow-thing. The scene is Stonemason's "Arc" from DAZ' store.
