Description
A full moon as seen last night and taken through living room window at approximately 7800 feet altitude with 2x telephoto and 8x zoom with Nikon E8800.

Wonderful! I try this occasionally, but never really get a nice one. I've tried tripod, telephoto lens, timer, and all that - but still not good. ;o) I'll keep trying.

turned out really well especially shooting through glass.I have a huge telephoto lens and bought a tripod to hold it and it is not steady enough for a moon shot.it will hold it for normal stuff but not on such a far object
