Very cool and reminiscent of my formative years ... LOL. Is that Bobby Darin I hear in the background again? Sooo this takes place around '59. Well done! Merry Christmas and the best of New Years!!!

Hehe, looks like a soon to be rebel without a cause! Great addition to the series and I love the authentic retro feel you get with these pages, the diner here is no exception.

The guys lost their girls... And us guys don't know the feeling of smoking in public anymore - the laws have really been crack'n down on cig smoking... You can't smoke in public businesses - even bars - where I'm from - Colorado.

The atmosphere of the 50's is here very good represented. I like the building interior decoration and the props work. Very good story line - maybe a little more story on this page would be better!! Apart from that - very cool comic strip!!!!

Great Diner, et al. Love the pose of the guy with the cigarette-snarl pouring from a flask into his coke. Interesting tie-in with the 3 Penny Opera song. Ominous foreshadowing! Is there any other kind? Looking forward to the next installment.

Exposure. Quarantine. Something tells me it's too late already. Just how many more bizarre plot lines can weave into this fabric? Buckle your seatbelt. This diner shot is breathtaking. Great work. Happy Holidays.

Actually comic books durring the early and later 60s and had codes of conduct on how to lead your life in the right direction wich was approved with open arms by the white house "Nixon commission" , such issues as drugs , booze ,sex etc . etc. all this was brought on by rock and roll they say , the youth of america was captivated by the new aera and doing away with old ways of taking in creative entertainment, the comic book industry had to do something to create a new identity to recapture this lost audience they started to introduce villans being drug laced and stoned and being put away by new superheros demonstrating it's ok not to be high ! it opend up a huge market for new characters ! I like that you added this scenario to the mix on your creative works, very well rendered .

"Born.... born to be bad..." so, this is the devilishly sinister plan of the invading Martians.... sow the seeds of discontent and conubial break up amongst the innocent teens of Planet Earth..... the fiends.... how dare they corrupt the flower of our future, the youth of today... the leaders of tomorrow..... sorry, flashback.... I'll be okay the bleached out look to the scenery is very reminicent of the Republic Serials of the time (Radar Men from the Moon) waiting to see more!

The first frame is really a top-notch quality standard in terms of environmental creation, yesteryear mood and composition. The third one with its wideangle perpective allows an excellent opposition between the ash-tray and the mug on one hand and the young men on the other. As for the previous pages a wonderful comic book! Have an enchanting year for you and people you love Richard!
