Very pretty. For some reason, the composition looks strangely "Flat" to me. If you have Photoshop run a Paint Daubs filter on that with Sharpness set to 0 and Brush set to simple, Size set to 3 and see if it doesn't make it look like a storybook to you ...

A splendid render. I love the way you altered the clothing texture, it is an excellent idea. The postwork is very artistic and very subtle. You give us a very special vision of the character and outfit. And I love your vision. The wide and bare landscapes are very nicely suggested... Beautiful composition.
