Hello !
I just left PJ´s lovely Pheasant. That inspired me to post this Roasted Duck, we had the 24th.
There is nothing left to share...only the shot. We could chew it with the eyelashes, as we say here, it was so well done. LUCK! :)))

Hmmm..It doesnt seems that I have been a very good girl today. The weather isnt very nice.
Dont care, because today is the day that can retire. YAY!

I adore duck. In fact, I wrestled with what to buy...duck, pheasant, goose or peacock. I sort of cheated...I got the pheasant since it is all white meat and no dark at all but I used the orange glaze that I normally baste my ducks with. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm... I can smell this roast duck of yours the shot is so good... lovely crisp skin.........
