Description

Wow - had the day off and spent it working on the lineart. Before anybody complains - yes I used a reference image which I made with Daz Studio. Realized that I really love Poser and Studio for exactly this - making my own references. You can check the progress @ solokuenstler.de if you're interested.

Looks absolutely awesome. I haven't met too many 3d purists that hold their own standards to others, everyone seems to like my postworked stuff here too ... so you probably don't have much to fear! A lot of manga artists augment their mangas with 3d! Negima uses 3D backgrounds with a special lineart shader in some high-end program (Lightwave, maybe?) and the Gantz artist uses Poser all the time for his poses and angles, admits to it plainly. Myself, I still prefer to draw freehand ... for 2D art ...
