3dsmax + Vray, VraySun + PhysicalCamera.
This is an actual paying job (yay!..), done for a local developer... This is work in progress, tho..
The goal was to achieve "prettyness", not photorealism... Do you guys think I achieved the goal ? ... Do the cars look odd ? The people? Too few people? How to improve this scene ? Ideas welcome :)
*** DONT MISS the girl in the tiny miniskirt, looks like pro-ho's have invaded the new mall already... :D

Great looking render! Yeah, you could use some more people and cars, people want to go to a popular place to shop. (And compared to most of the female renderings posted on Rendo, your 'Pro Ho' looks positively chaste.) Excellent work, well worth your comission.
