This seems to be a house from Maramures, Romania. Am I right? A wonderful capture and the B/W makes the "old" idea more valuable.

Can't remember exactly the region it came from, teoratiu; still, chances are that you are right; the pic was taken at the Village Museum in Bucharest. 10x for the comments.
