Description
found New Portrait enhancing program
thought some members maybe interested
in seeing some results and maybe
giving the program a try...
my first attempt with the new
program called: "Portrait Professional"
It is a free trail download...all tools work
BUT trial version does not allow to save and
puts the word "Preview" ontop of
the finished product.
program allows reshaping and resize of:
eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth,
jawline and face shape.
adjust skin pores, wrinkles, tone etc.
if interested in the free trial program
here is the link:

Please let me know what you think.

Well, IMHO, the left portrait has more character... I prefer it to the right "perfect" face... Happy Holidays !

Well I DO like the result... The character isn't lost at all and I for one would be very glad to see an image of myself being more 'kind'.. Unfortenately it would take more then a program to fix MY face.. :)

It is certainly interesting what one can do with this program and it will have its possibilities but as a portrait I definitely prefer the left one. The right one is still a older lady with a restoration, it is visibly fake. Thanks for the info, though.

I might give this a trial myself, Wish it would work for real lol.

Good Grief, it took 20 years off her face, that is Fantastic!!!

An interesting piece of software but I'm afraid that while the results are impressive I prefer the original which shows more of the reality of the subject. I'm a bit of a purist at heart I'm afraid.

Excellent and impressiv ! :)

Hmmmmm. I, too, prefer the one on the left. The original shows wisdom and beauty, while the altered version shows only beauty. Something essential has been lost.

Thank you for all your comments. I too like the one on the left. Right extreme side was done (or I should say OVER done) for the purpose of showing just how far, or further, you can go if you wanted to go. All depends on what the photographer or client wants. Thanks again.

very interestintg, great information

I recon if you cant accept the way you look (and this is NOT directed at you, chimeric imager) then a person shouldnt get their picture taken.. Seriously though, the pic on the left certainly looks better. I probably would use the program to do little fix ups with poser etc, not photographs.. Thanks for sharing ;-)

Molto molto interessante!

Posh and falderalllll! no older woman wants a portrait that will last forever where she is etched in years. Character is great if you are photographing for National Geographic and no one knows who you are but if you are hanging it over the mantel or presenting it to your lover, you definitely want some work done. I think it could be more subtle in a few areas but I love what this program is capible of! I'll take a look at the cost of the full version.

I myself have just recently started using this program and it is IMHO outstanding. Like MrsLubner said character is great for National Geographic or other photo journalism stuff but portraits are about Beauty, if a person wants to be reminded of who they are all they have to do is look in a mirror. Full ver is worth the $100 cut my portrait post production in half and my clients love the results.
Boofy
I can see where it can help a lot of people if they use it just to tweak things, but the extreme right one is a bit 'flat' sort of like what you get with botox I guess. Still, if the client wants.....it is there to use. thanks for the info. Jen
