Description
Finally a sunny day and not to cold I was able to get back out in the yard today and take a few pictures. This is an American Gold Finch they�re here all year but only come in to eat at my feeders through the winter months. The food of choice is Thistle however they will eat from the other feeders if the thistle feeder is full. This is a male, in the summer he will turn bright yellow, they've been given the nickname Wild Canary. Thanks for viewing and for your comments.
Hope all had a great Christmas and Santa brought you just what you asked for, I spent a couple of days with my Kids and Grandkids on Oklahoma City had a great time but it's always good to get back home.
