Description
Very loosely inspired by the character of Commissar Cain from the Warhammer 40,000 series of games and books. It's strange how an initial idea can go thru such incredible sweeping changes before arriving at it's final incarnation. This was one such piece. After much work, and many, many changes, this is how it turned out. I hope you like it. Happy New Year, and thanks for looking.
